Publishing primarily distributes its books through online
channels. While we would love to have the next breakout
hit, we are more focused on books that will sell slowly, but
steadily. We’re looking to establish authors and help them
build a long-term career. We view each book as a
partnership with the author and only want to work with
people who will be on the front lines with us bringing their

Not a pay-for-publish company
Because Ladder Press Publishing distributes primarily
through online channels, writers often assume we are yet
another “pay for publish” service. Though we do not pay
any advances, Ladder Press Publishing will never ask its
writers for a single dime. We cover all design, editing and
printing expenses for our authors. And, since we’re not
shelling out huge dollars to put copies in bookstores across
the country, we offer a generous royalty split to our authors.
Next generation publisher
Ladder Press Publishing does not focus on distributing in
bookstores. By focusing on online distribution, we are better
able to control costs allowing us to publish books that may
not sell enough copies for the big publishers to be
interested in. Your book will be available through Amazon.
com, Barnesandnoble.com as well as on our own Web site,
where we will sell autographed copies at a premium price.
